Wellness

Our school focus for term one is Wellness.

Wellness has many parts that offer us choices that are essential to live a balanced life.
In room 25 we completed a brain storm to find out what wellness means to us as a class and as individuals. As a class we discussed the different parts of wellness such as healthy eating, physical activity, looking after ourselves, our family and our friends and making sure that we get enough sleep and relaxation time.

Students wrote what the most important idea was to them around the topic of Wellness and added it to our class brainstorm.
